Marvellous location, welcoming service and really good breakfast. Really enjoyed coffee/tea making equipment, ironing facilities and a clothes-hanging unit in the room. Everything created a lovely atmosphere. Lovely place for 1 night...

A wonderful base for exploring Appleton le Moors. Just a 5-minute stroll to the centre. The bar is cosy. Had good sleep at the double room.
